Rollable phones: better alternative to Foldable phones?
skyfire replied to killamch89's topic in Mobile
yeah a lot of companies like xiaomi who followed suit on the charger fiasco are practically copying apple and shrinking android ecosystem. -
Haha that would be apple model. I assume samsung wont go that route. but yeah too much tech stuffed in phone. and it's not even relevant after a year or so.
-
they were banned in US way earlier and after US warning they got banned in some of the EU nations and israel after that and also some of the asian countries blocked them.
-
Not sure about if they don't outsource to china. I assume they do. the thing is there are too many brands which are basically serving through chinese outsource model and real game exists only in marketing. LG is going to lose if they don't market. crap brands like oppo, xiaomi are going ahead of LG so kind of expected.
-
Yeah kind of like they worked more to make something out that benefits the community. it's just that such studios are greedy for sure.
-
I think now a days a lot of games have online tournaments, there are also some apps that allow the betting. so it kind of make the game pretty much a place where a lot of illegal fixing can be done too.
-
That is kind of effect of most of the internet. not just games. staying too much reading online or staying too much chatting and also staying too much online make you hate real life people and incident.
-
I think there are going to be updates on the arkham too. I heard the franchise is changing from this year or something. the license moved to another studio if I am not wrong.
-
Wait few more years, you will get more camera and also some of the other tech which can make the phone annoying.
-
That would be sad but considering these guys just import the hardware from china, they offer nothing new to the table in terms of manufacturing. any tom di and harry can do outsourcing and white label from china. and they eventually die when chinese launch something their own.
-
Xiaomi has CCP sponsored servers and they do collect the user data a lot. So it's not surprising. they are getting banned in many other countries too. so yeah it does happen with data collection.
-
They do have the TUF series which are budget laptop. I got one of the TUF model which I think is neither high priced nor low priced but just balanced for the processor they offer.

What makes for good or bad AI in video games?
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I think worst part of AI is if they develop the AI that chases you in games. because you have mana in most games your health and mana bar if low and AI detects and chases you then you are done for. -
Age of Empire would be lot easier on PC than console. I think a lot of region selection and movement based games tend to be difficult on console. I don't know how some people play it.
-
Some of the time new games with good graphics and the story can make the frustration go away. If it has good music, that also works on you. But each person is different at the end.
-
A lot of games are easier to finish and they are made hard on purpose because the hard levels kind of add value. A lot of genres, people play because of the difficulty level. So that is one thing to think about as well.
-
How come they faked the gameplay? I mean is there anything that included in demo was not included into the game?
-
Yes they kind of fixed a lot of problems last 1 year. I think theybalso focused on the right configuration for the gaming laptops with enough card RAM.
-
Yes a lot of paid influencer also add up to that into the performance. and kind of make the companies hero in the process.
-
I kind of liked this one too.
-
This it is already happening. I never saw HP going for the AMD on laptops but 2020, they kind of made the move and now shipping a lot of models.
-
Let 2021 settles properly. I am sure then it would be possible for them to work on the shortages. I think a lot of people at home buying the cards and the desktop upgrades kind of blown their demand.

Rollable phones: better alternative to Foldable phones?
skyfire replied to killamch89's topic in Mobile
I would blame apple for that. they have kind of made people think of removing features makes it minimalism and cool phone. I just don't agree with that so far.
