skyfire replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
Not just loot boxes and micro transaction but they are putting everyhting behind paywall with subscription too. EA also came into subscription recently. -
I digged a lot of twitter tweets on this topic. I mean GTA 6 release date anything concrete from the studio is not out yet.

Do games push loot boxes and micro-transactions too much?
skyfire replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
These days they have realized that such pushy behavior makes them money. So they tend to be pushy with skins, characters, level ups that way. -
Yes I am certain too that this may eventually will happen as well. Because the industry has gone pretty much greedy and we can't do about they increasing the prices.
-
I do however think that many game dev studios would also earn more from the DVD and the merchandise editions. So it's not completely out yet.

NBA games are there for the PS devices too.

I am lately spending some random time in the RPG games. This way I am kind of getting myself lost in the world of RPGs and also less stress that way. -
I remember few of the guys did the same thing with the Morak Kombat type of the games. I think if we push the stress enough on consoles, they are at point going to get break.
-
My question is how you are going to jusitfy the monetization of that device? Who is going to make games for that old device? As is old device remade can't get much benefits.

Do you think the next Silent Hill games will be good?
skyfire replied to Kane99's topic in Video Games
Yes and that is one reason I can't trust they making new story line. In fact even the resident evil village being complete new story line gives me hope but I can't say the same for the silent hill.
