I think unless we need those skins, boxes and also have obligation to forcefully push for P2W. I don't think it does affect many.

The way meccha games work is they are kind of emotionless but in terms of action they are awesome.

Open world games these days are not much though few years back there used to be a lot.

I think in order to test people how they respond to certain situations, devs should make custom difficulty as some games do offer that.
