I have noticed that especially for anthem, despite being a good game some people just want to vent against it. I mean you don't like the game then move on. Why go on hate spree.

In my case I often look at Ebay for selling the old consoles. And I have noticed that one can earn pretty good price for the same. Have you ever tried to sell the old console which is ofcourse in functioning condition. Any site where you tried?

I usually hate those broken fonts which are harder to read. Usually found in those future punk games or say historical or even the scifi type games. I just can't read that font clearly and that's why I hate it.

Video games that were banned in your house when you were a kid
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Video Games
For me it was more or less the time being spent on gaming was banned. And not the specific game. Because nobody used to mind the arcade console and the cartridge with basic games in it. -
I didn't even get the concept. I mean some black plague caused mutated entities to hunt humans. And humans have resistance too. And then another party is surviving in between the two? I have no idea what is going on.

I have no idea why some of the people take gaming so serious that they think it's okay to hurt other people. I guess people have to be really careful about being around gamers these days.

Should microtransactions and loot boxes be banned?
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I think if we ignore the loot boxes. I am wondering how many people prefer to grind instead of buying elixir and gems? I know I do prefer to grind over spending on those items in the games. -
I think many arcade and old games that I have completed. Not a lot of memory of that anymore. But I'd love to play those games. It was definitely fun for me to play those old games.

I remember the time when the church folks were preaching gaming to be evil. And now a days they are using the discord to preach religion in the chat and community too. I guess they make use of what works.

Anyone remember the classic street fighter game? I think those games definitely put me back into memories of the arcade games. Classic fighter games were definitely fun for sure.

In past the battery used to get affected if we continue to charge the battery after being full. Now a days batteries disconnect themselves, hopefully that charge once done it does not affect battery after that.

The thing is that box packed games have slowed down. And games are coming more in digital form now than boxed pack. And in such case it can be possible that cloud gaming is likely to be future.

Not sure if Bioshock would ever make a movie. But basic premise of the cult that stays in the underwater and builds things and the lifestyle of it's own with few things gotten out of hand sounds like a good plot.

GTA series barring few games was a pleasure and fun in that time to finish. Especially if you have friends or siblings to compete with. But some games in past and even now are not worth playing.

Should microtransactions and loot boxes be banned?
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I think items can stay in the microtransactions. I mean most of the android games are making money with that. But overall I'd say that if its too much interfering with games then it's not worth it. -
WHO now officially lists "gaming disorder" as a disease
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Considering I studied science, I don't consider gender as social construct. It's either two of them or imbalance of both in one category. If we give art graduates the right on science, that would muddy the scientific facts. That's why I feel SJWs should not interfere with scientific facts with their acceptance theories mixed in to muddy the reality. Then again gaming industry along with comics and hollywood are already fallen into SJW schemes, so this mental disorder was bound to happen. -
If you want out of the box devices then Alienware laptops can be a good start. Xiaomi's shark series phones are also good. So they can be a good gaming devices this year. Then again I always prefer to go with the gaming custom builds.

Apart from using on keyboard, never thought about holding any of their products. They do make some decent stuff though. But keyboard one is what attracts most of the time. Then again each to their own taste.

Looks like fancy boxes to me. I only tried the corsairs RAM and never went for anything else. I have to try this out once before even thinking of making purchase. Maybe that design would be good on hands.

If you wish to get new games and want new set of processor then you should consider getting the Ryzen 3600 set of processor. I think they can be pretty good from the reviews that I have checked on first tests. They may launch in July I assume.

Recently checked out the AMDs Ryzen series processors. And it seems like they can be good processors for next few years. I cant think of Intels series that can compete with the same. I have to read a bit more on that.

I now have the Redmi Note 6 Pro. The gaming on this phone has been good so far. I can now play those big games like strike force, last shelter etc. Those are some good games to play on those mobile.

Yes that and there was one more game I forgot the name where you have to survive from the serial killer till the dawn. So that was another game where you had option to either run or do some random damage.
-
Anyone remember those old cartridge based consoles? Those cartridge used to require a lot of shake some of the times when they used to hang. It was kind of RAM sized and often gets lose on the cartridge box.

I think multiplayer tests your capacity towards the competition. Single player is good enough to test yourself against AI but with real human, you have to compete at some point makes it fun.
