For me it has to be age of mythology. I mean that game is kind of drug and it just keeps me going back to that game. I'd say if I were to retain the key, I'd keep it for as much long as possible.

If I can get enough bandwidth and also have enough money with the digital download for premium games. I don't mind having the digital console support. It'd be not that bad to have digital downloads in console.

What are the biggest problems in the video game industry today?
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I don't think the big brands are much in financial issues. They seem to be donating money and doing the charity and handling social media acitvism. I don't think gaming industry is struggling. -
Anyone played the homeworld? It's one good game worth listing here. Do check out it's gameplay and videos. I am sure you'd find much better flow for the gaming that way. I love that game because in those times it was much ahead concept.

I think getting those rings in the sonic and the coins in the mario can be boring. but then again people tend to keep score and compete with each other on that basis in case of the fun playing it.

Is video game addiction actually a form of addiction?
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I think people take the video game addiction lightly in fact. If you try to play one video game a day or week or even every now and then hours. Then that addiction can cost you job, education and even the social and family life. -
I tend to avoid the recharging and battery type of the devices though. Because you can end up losing them pretty quickly. Wired one are good as they tend to make you remember the connection.

Looks like Looney tunes gone wrong. I think there were many of such bizzare animation at that time. I also loved the similar bizzare type of the games where it was zombies mostly.

Have you ever played a video game in an arcade?
skyfire replied to Alexander.'s topic in Video Games
Yes he meant arcade machines. I remember playing street fighter and some of the similar games like say MK and even the korean and chinese games in that category. I also played the pacman once on it. -
Yeah it's kind of hard to say if his mother is normal woman. I'd say she is demon or some sort of the sorcerer which fallen for virgin. I think backstory on the nero's arm is also not much clear. Because recent game does not even focus on that part.

Why not? If you are into that type of the game genre then yes. I won't say it's completely innovative or so as there were many other games were released in that category.

I think games can be played in the isolation of sandbox. With microsoft having the virtual machine option. You can install and play the games in the virus free environment. The consoles can be targeted too but the thing is that it is rare.

What are the biggest problems in the video game industry today?

I think steam like stores can solve the supply and demand issues. But the thing is that gaming industry takes social inputs instead of fantasy. And that pretty much creates chaos in the gaming world with type of games which are waste of time. -
Are User Reviews A Reliable Metric Of A Game’s Quality?
skyfire replied to DylanC's topic in Gaming News
I think so to some extent. But some are biased based on the influencer getting paid. I think that skews the data. And gaming industry suffers from problem of negative review issue, one youtuber giving negative review can avalanche the momentum in the industry. -
So far no company has came up with their own stadia though. But yeah I am sure someone will make stadia type thing in open source and things would pick up really quicker and faster as it is browser based.

Yeah but atleast they should be paying people some money for the creation of video and the content. They seem to be not interested in that. That's why people prefer youtube over facebook.

Tax time benefits manufacturers and brands? How come? In fact sales are always low in the tax time around the world. So I am not sure how that is going to benefit any company or say product?

Dead space series as mentioned above is definitely under rated. I guess it could be because they didn't paid much attention to the detail also. I think they did start well though. I loved playing them.

Currently fortnite and the PUBG are the one knocking the place in some countries trying to be number one. But the format of battle royale seems to be good enough in it's own way though, nothing strong number 1 etc.
-
I remember that there used to be few games which has the hard level where the specific levels were unlocked. So it kind of benefit for those who play the hard level. I think something that needs to come back in industry.
-
Lot of options on that so that's why OP is being specific, which are some of those 2D games. There are many 2D games which are good as it is which does not need to be remastered.

Totally agree. Pleasing the toxic gamers with bad content and also the way game influencers are making the games ahead has made things bitter as well. -
Is video game addiction actually a form of addiction?
skyfire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I think it's definitely an addiction and has managed to affect many kids and adults. It has damaged many people and their personal and the social lives are more or less in trouble. So one has to understand how that work around and take help from shrink as well. -
I purchase the google play credits and use them. I don't connect the debit and credit card to the payment gateway. I think paypal is lot safer option but it's pity that google play does not have that option.

I think they were just trying to push the release. I think what they felt that after AOE 2 it would be easier for them to sell. But they didn't paid attention that campaign with stories and some good expansion pack is what made AOE succeed in 2nd game. But they fail to replicate that in 3rd. No idea how the 4th is going to be.
