  1. A lot of games from PC are moving to the switch and the android. So things are going to be pretty good on that front.
  2. And that gives them more control over the revenue too. I guess diversification and locking both at the same time can do wonders.

    Android to iOS

Remember those tiles? extremely hard to use. I don't know how many people even find it easy. I personally got turned off with that UI.
  4. I think cartoon network had a flash site full of such branded games, they used to have Ben10 do Oreo collection or something like that. Then Miniclip had the sponsored brand games too. I think web based games are market for such.

    Gaming on Mac

A lot of games are designed on Mac, especially the android ones which are ported to all devices. the high graphics config and support for most graphics engines on mac makes it possible. But at the end, nobody wants to burn their money and use the mac as a gaming machine, it's really not worth it.

    Steam Deck

That is from the mindset of modders, DIYers not necessarily others would do that too.

    Overclocking

These days not worth it. Most of the processors are good and unless you are into pushing hardware and pushing it's limits, it's not much worth it.
  8. Anyone remember playing those arcade tank games? I wasted a lot of money onto that. but good times though.

    Android to iOS

I guess the UI and the admant mentality of "my way or highway" got them closed real fast. They wanted to bring desktop experience on phone which is not the way to go. new interface for handheld is how android and iOS worked.
  10. There are android gamers who will get it where they can to play besides android streaming is growing a lot lately.
  11. Google has nothing to do with this. Android on Windows support is purely microsoft's lurrve for the android.
  12. Another option is to just jump into the game and learn as you go. But considering the decline of minecraft I don't think it's worth it to go that path.
  13. Not necessary a dig at microsoft. They want big studios in their belt to push on their platform too.
  14. There are blockchain games like splinterlands, axie infinity, karastar and few others. So I don't know which gamers he is referring to for not accepting NFTs. Nobody wants to hold in game item as NFT for long as with time that would lose value. Unless it's like some super legit and specific item to hold.
  15. Lite version these days seems to be getting a lot of demand as it is good for low RAM mobiles and a lot of players use it.
  16. Oh yes a lot of them. I try to play those games purely because they keep you engaged and kind of narrative based entertainment too.
  17. I remember when strategy games used to have longer DLCs like age of empire series, age of mythology etc. then the DLCs ended up seasonal too.
  18. I definitely think there would come metaverse games that would have heavy fight and action scenarios too.
  19. I think outside facebook control, everyone wants those decentralized metaverse and wish to avoid facebook made products.
  20. I think brain implants would be scary to be honest. I would never wish to go that way.
  21. I am not much in turn based like I said but most of the RPG gamers like such type of actions so thought sharing here.

    Candy Crush

I think there are plenty of games out there which has the candy crush like design and the gameplay. I don't know if clone games sell well lately.
