I have noticed that they try to portray combat women in some games but in reality I have yet to see combat women that takes down enemies. I mean atleast games need to show facts and not propaganda.

Mine's horizontal for a reason I don't know. Maybe I did it because I had space horizontal in the table. And so I decided to put it that way. I think vertical is good for some tables if they have such space.

I'd say anything above 3 hours is going to cost you a lot. Most of the hours that you spend on gaming end up having more stress and the body definitely can't take all that for more than 2 hours once you pass age of 25. Most people have different stamina and mindset which may even take them with this routine in 50s but that is not healthy.
