DOSBOX is one of the emulator that is known for allowing you to play old arcade games and the old DOS programs. I;d say for those gamers who are interest in the 2D Games should definitely take a look at the DOSBOX and learn how to install those ROMs and the emulators inside it. Because Windows 10 seems to be not even supporting some emulators which are not actively developed and abandoned few years back.

I never got hands on the console. However I do manage to play some of the games of dreamcast on the emulator. So thats one way I managed to enjoy it. There used to be some of the games like sonic and mario which were fun to play on dreamcast. Obviously this classic box is not going to be revived but it was nice while it was selling in that time.

Some of the remakes that happened with Resident Evil, DOOM are definitely good and they tend to be more effective on the gameplay side. So I'd say it's worth trying as well. I don't mind playing them. I think this year pretty much good games are out. I'd say that there seems to be plenty of good games that need to reboot or atleast make sequel of if possible.

I am on PS4, Xbox One and Android. I have not much experience with the other new consoles and also iOS. I do however have access to other consoles through the siblings and the friends. So I get to play on other platforms once in a while. I don't mind that either. Having access to more console is always better for me.

I'd say that microsoft rewards are lot better. And they tend to offer more games than the PS rewards. So I'd vote for them. I think the gift cards with bing and also some of the gaming merchandise giveaway for free is good thing. Something that sony would never do these days. I'd say that Xbox team is being generous on that part as well. We have to just see where things go.

At the current progress of the games and the new console changes. I'd vote for xbox. I know PS is not bad but they are like decade apart these days for the console box. So it's reasonable to have xbox as priority over the PS. I can tell you that PS is not always going to be making the cut just because of it's tech and few games. Xbox is taking the lead this year for sure.

I think single player can be fun but you may have to be pretty focused to play those campaigns etc. In case of multi players you get to be some social among the folks. And it can be fun playing game in that case. I have had my share of the fun when playing the single player games and I prefer when I don't want to be more social in such case.

I think with DOSBOX, QEMU and few other likes, it's reasonable to say that emulators are on the rise. And we have to make use of them for playing old arcade games. If you never played arcade and the DOS based games then emulator is not much use to you in any way. Because you were born outside the handheld console days. So it's not usable for that generation.

Laptops these days are not the lap specific usage. Those days are long gone. Now processor end up giving so much heat. And they can be pretty bad to use on the bed too. So it's better to use the wood for the usage of the laptop. I have learned gaming laptops should be near fan or the AC. This way they are less likley to have heat issues. Also make sure to keep them away from direct sunlight.

Linux is not matured yet. Most of the users on the linux are free users. They don't pay for the games. So the game developers want to get their money out. And so they target the consoles, PC and the mobile users instead. Linux being mostly used by people who can't pay for the stuff, they tend to make the less games for the linux these days.

PC for gaming is getting more popular because the current generation does not want to spend more money on consoles and the handheld devices. If possible they want to either play it on mobile or the PC. And so PC seems to be getting more share of the gaming industry every single year. Because no new consoles have made any impact in the industry.

Game don't make me much sentimental. Okay some games can make you. But that's not why we have games designed for. They are supposed to make you happy when you are lonely. That is how the gaming works out. I can tell you that some of the time such game play approach is not going to be helpful in life. So not being sentimental with games is the way to go.

I have lot of boxes and the steam games pending to play. if that does not work out for me I may have to sell some of them. But at some point in my life I am going to clean up the video game boxes. And hopefully things can be pretty good from that point onwards. It seems like there are options but it can be possible that you may not get any return value out of it.

I don't think the data that Google plus is giving away is importable in literal sense. I think text can be imported but the image and other formats are less likely to be so. And in such context I think it's nothing but account deletion option for them. Most of the google plus users also seem to be not interested in moving to facebook. so no idea how they plan on making the move and to where.

Lot of gaming companies are rebooting the 1 year old games by creating side quests and DLC. So they can get some of the sales again. And things just keep moving ahead for them. So side quests and additional levels or say DLC of some sort can be definitely helpful for anyone who is trying to sell his games. I personally think that there are many games out there who do that.

What's the best time of day to play computer games?
skyfire replied to Alexander.'s topic in Gaming Forum
I think the best time is when you are alone and bored. And maybe feeling alone. You can see that it can be pretty good to invest into computer games and the internet activity. That way you don't understand when to invest your time into yourself. I can tell you that I try to limit my time and it helps out. Only play when you are bored or alone. That's what games are designed for. -
I think 2 to 4 hours random. Mostly when I get free time in between the travel etc. And it can be fun to be in the playing games side if you ask me. In office when there is lunch break I check social media then play a game or two some of the time. I think I should reduce this time to 1 hour or so and then only spend the time reading books or something.

I think both of those games are overdoing what they have. Then again such games are in demand because more and more people are online than offline. So that being said, I prefer battle royale for only when I get bored most of the time.

I like 2D games on mobile. I am not really fond of the bad graphics and boxed faces of 3D as anything real. I do understand that 3D is more matured these days but the 2D sound lot better in the long run. And they can make you feel like you are in fantasy as far as the mobile gaming is concerned. But for each game to their own, my personal preference in 2D.

Gameplay definitely gets me excited. I think it'll be up for all the consoles out there by the mid of this year. And it's possible that like pamali game they may make another new version if the response for the game is good.

Well you have 2 days to decide as they have 35% percent discount for the game. You may want to watch gameplay and then decide. Because who knows you may not want to play the game or maybe some other game. I kind of think for those who like this sort of games buying it in discount is lot better deal from my experience.

In past the game testing was kind of trend. And people tend to be pretty much getting those jobs easily. You may however see that these days the gaming companies choosing the influencers on the instagram and similar other gaming social networks. I guess game testing is definitely a marketplace in it's own way but it's not easy to get into that.

I love playing side quests. Be it any game. Even the mobile. I tend to prefer those type of the games can be fun for the overall game titles. I have learned from my experience that if you want to keep gamers engaged you have to create such side quests and the tangent story lines. That always helps out retaining the gamers on the game.

I think it'd be possible that most of the Google plus users can move to other social networks like Diaspora. Though there are many social networks that are going to take opportunity. So far I think GNU social and the diaspora seems to be a good option for those who are planning to get into the safe social network that does not collect data like facebook.

I like it when the person who records it do less drama. like no crying, no shouting no acting of any sort. like if they see any zombie or so they don't yell or scream on the microphone. that' something I just don't want to see in the walkthrough. I tend to prefer no commentary if possible.
