I have been checking out some 2D RPG like adventure titles and came across this update of the garden story. Looks pretty cool with winter scenery.

What happens when too much lens flare and the shaders are used in unity? This game is perfect example for that. Just check the trailer to see what I meant by that.

Not all microtransactions are for ads removal. Some are there for the pay to win setup of the game too.

If it's built on the proof of work blockchains then yes electricity usage and environment issues are there but POS blockchains NFTs are cheap on all grounds.

Yeah but get ready to be downloading the assets in GB on your phone so normal under 3GB type phones wont cut for some of the games.

I think people are already getting used to NFTs but in game NFTs make sense not the image NFTs anymore. I hate image NFTs which can be easily replicated.

Some of the switch games are family friendly and worth playing with the family. So you should definitely check it out. -
If you get into the mobile based metaverse you are going to see the microtransactions no matter what. Because in game items for which you need to pay are often essential.

Yes he got banned and he decided to work on his own and he may even soon come up with his own marketing channel to circumvent what he went through. I think what he is capable of we will see in near future.

Indeed gaming is just a hobby and considering a lot of metaverses are being created just to escape reality and even promoted by these so called studies. Doesn't that also make metaverse a game to escape into? such funded studies are joke. -

Very few isometric games especially like hades one are good rendered and designed. I think hades isometric games approach was really good.

I think last few years or so life has been in such way that giving away free does not even feel bad or like being taken advantage of as well. -
I think the EA and the other game companies having the employee issue was big too. Covid was ignored after like 5 months or so people and didn't took things seriously.
