I think every industry has it's awards and often biased in it's own selection. and the thing is often some mainstream gets too much bias. so much so that people in asia assume hollywoods oscar is better than their own local awards. same goes in games a lot of good games are ignored among these sort of the titles.

I think experience, be it for the some sort of the narrative and we have to find our way around and overall game experience is what I seek most of the time.

Epic Games: Free Games with Epic Update Thread
skyfire replied to Shagger's topic in Video Game Deals
I noticed few good games on epic recently. it seems like they are working harder to compete with the steam. -
I think that is more or less their reasoning for making stable build before they can push people to it. right now it has lot of bugs.
-
So you have migrated to the Windows 11. How is the performance? Noticed anything different from windows 10?
-
If it's laptop the cleaning is easy and hard too. like easy when you turn off and remove the stuff one after another. but hard when you are running the machine and also want to clean the laptop.
-
It's like motors running inside the fans, you can't run them forver and expect to have good performance. you shut down such fan motors and sensors regularly for their performance. In fact hibernation and sleep mode is not good considering it is keeping the machine in a state.
-
They are not updating it much though, like they literally stopped updating the game.

I think it's a good game and worth playing on android.

Small power ones hardly picks up any big solid objects from the keyboard gaps. But it collects dust only. You need strong vaccum for collecting those solid objects.
-
Not true. In fact you regularly shutting down the system is good. Atlesat 4 hour worth of shutdown is good for both desktop and laptop. Keeping it always on is never going to help it's performance.
-
Hades also deserves it too. It's one of the good games that I have seen so far. I mean for isometric battle games it's a good game.

A grandma accidentally gets sent 6 Switch consoles, what'd she do with them?
skyfire replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
One thing to think though, why employees gave 10 switch to her? I mean was it part of some giveaway that met the conditions? -
Unless the franchise is something I can connect with personally. I don't see much of a reason there.
-
I think initial level of tutorials some of the time necessary as that would help find way around.

Just wait 5 more days. I am going to add more bundles that I may not play but later may sell lol.

Which digital/physical console video game did you spend the most on?
skyfire replied to Head_Hunter's topic in Gaming Forum
These days android based devices get my full attention. apart from that switch is one in my second focus. -
I think in near future more and more video games will become like that. Now that metaverse type of the games are trending the mixture of everything will happen soon.
-
Yes that may be happening from mid of the 2022. I think they are just holding out on the stable release and then may push everyone into new OS.
-
I may do the raspberry pi boxes for the retro games though, that's something is in my plan.
-
Yes now that we are close to 2022. I am sure that they would add some updates to push the Windows 10 users and make them migrate.
-
Coming back to old PC. I wonder if anyone tried to use old laptops and did something with them.
-
I think games like "the vanishing of ethan carter" sounds like something that may fit your requirement. May want to check out that.
-
I don't remember the name exactly but I played on strategy commando game where point and click way you had to escape or attack certain places. I may post about it later once I get the name and video.

Do you think they'll make another Final Fantasy remake?
skyfire replied to Kane99's topic in Video Games
Square enix has a lot of money and resources. Surely they can afford remakes and porting easily. It's just that they are not doing it.
