One's bias makes one's reviews subject. There is no way you wouldn't have it in such reviews. It would always be that way with any kind reviews. -

Sheva in Resident Evil 5 is one AI follower that's as useless as they come. Sheva would have your resources wasted and still won't help you fight. -
I think it's a good game that gets better once you keep progressing in the game stages.

Yes, it's a Playstation 5 exclusive game at least for now, maybe it will change in the future but I'm not sure yet when it will. -

If they do test out for those bugs, it would definitely be found out and fixed before the game's release but it's not so. -

Most smartphone batteries can be replaced now, so it's not a big deal if the battery gets weak and dies off too quickly. -
There is no way you such a case can be charged to court. No law firm can file for such a case no matter what you pay them.

I do get that feeling as well because having to play games is part of the fun and enjoyment one can do with the money.
