Yeah, I do music as well in such a situations but since most of my games soundtrack offers great music, I get two in one satisfaction. -
To be very honest with you, I really don't fancy playing against a newbie. It's not fun for me when it's not challenging.

In the end it was a total disappointment. Another game that really disappointed me more than expected was Final Fantasy XII. Till date, I can't believe what they did with the game which was fully garbage.

Yes exactly, it's preference that cuts the deal in the end no matter how each particular game is built to be perfect. -

Personally, I don't really have any problems with playing open ended games, in fact I do enjoy playing them anytime or any day but it's not that I'm not open to other kinds of game. -

It's definitely going to be Resident Evil Village for me. I'm sure that some people may not find it so but it's how I feel about the game. -
Below are my favorite sandbox games especially for PC ; Just Cause 3, Elite Dangerous, Scrap Mechanic , Hitman , Kerbal Space Program, and Arma 3.

My kid brother is an expert in PUGB with attaining the Platinum which was ranked with the point of 2500-2999 to be there. -
It's definitely going to be Need for Speed Heat, Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Final Fantasy XV, Final Fantasy 8, The Division 2, Golden Sun, Metal Gear, Resident Evil Village.

Personally, I don't really criticize what others like to play with because we are mostly different and I believe that it's very important to have mutual respect for everyone irrespective of what we decide to play with. -

The real question is why would you get into a fight that you know you can't win? But if the fight is unavoidable, then try as much as possible to learn the weakness of your foe and use it against it. -
I actually said before when you mentioned about being motion sick that there must be a trigger and you have just but confirmed it right now for me by knowing your own trigger.

It's definitely going to Fire Emblem Awakening for me with Lucina at the center of it. It's a very good family related game and quite enjoyable.
