Vita to me seems like a better machine than PSP. I can't say for certain as I never had it, but from what I've read and heard, it seems so. What do you think about it?

It's free for two days: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/grid2-spa-bathurst?hmb_source=humble_home&hmb_medium=product_tile&hmb_campaign=mosaic_section_1_layout_index_1_layout_type_twos_tile_index_1

I used sometimes when traveling. It's still a nice machine, even though it might not work as good as it used to.

It depends on the price and the games included. If the games are not interesting to me and there's not a good deal for the bundle, I'm probably getting just the console.

I haven't played this since 2012! Nice to see the game still alive. I might try it again on the weekend if I get some time. 🙂 -
The Division 2 has a massive 90GB+ Day 1 Patch
SpaceExplorer replied to DylanC's topic in Gaming News
Well, if you want to play the game, you have to go for it. No other way around. -
I never pre-ordered. I first read a review and other people's opinions before buying the game. It helps me to see whether I would really enjoy it or not.

Watch the tutorials, analyze your mistakes and then practice, practice and more practice until those things become second nature to you.

Used as in an archive for old games - yes. I think it's a nice way to play some classics which cannot be bought anywhere anymore. It gives you a perspective on how the games evolved during the years.

Here it is. This song can be found in Life is Strange and it's my favorite song in that game by far.

We used it before Discord. Finding a free server where people won't randomly get into your room was a nightmare. Discord pretty much solved every issue we've had with Teamspeak.

First person for shooting. Third person for movement and exploration. It feels the most comfortable that way.

Competitive Mobile Games?!
SpaceExplorer replied to UleTheVee's topic in Esports & Competitive Gaming
The industry of competitive mobile esports is on the rise. And it's actually not surprising. People are more likely to have a smartphone than a computer as it's more accessible and you carry it around with yourself all the time. -
Depends on the game. In Rocket League it's Cloud9, in League of Legends it's Fnatic and G2, in CS:GO it's NiP, Fnatic, Ence, and Astralis. In general when it comes to organizations - Cloud9 and Fnatic are my favorite.

Life is Strange had some pretty good indie rock songs. "Spanish Sahara" would be my favorite if I had to choose one.

How do professional esport gamers make money?
SpaceExplorer replied to skyfire's topic in Esports & Competitive Gaming
Well, yeah, that's a given. Nobody would sponsor a bad football player. The same goes for an esports player. Once you git gud and get on a team with a decent amount of exposure, people will try to get you to play for or represent them. -
I love indie games. They can be really good, almost AAA quality good!
-
When I go to sleep or out of the house for a couple of hours, I turn it off every time. Otherwise, I leave it on.
-
The Last of Us ending felt unfinished to me so I guess that qualifies for unsatisfying.

How do professional esport gamers make money?
SpaceExplorer replied to skyfire's topic in Esports & Competitive Gaming
If they are in a team, they get a paycheck from the organization. The organization gets money from sponsors and investors. Some organizations take a percentage of tournament winnings, some leave it all to the players. It really depends on the organization. Stream sponsorships are more often with full-time streamers rather than esports players who have sponsors from the organization. If an esports player streams and gets donations, I think all of that money goes to him, but it could also depend on the organization.
