128GB available on my phone and an extra 60GB available on my SD card. Honestly, games don't take that much of the space on my phone because I don't play mobile games as much. The only ones I have 8 Ball Pool, Among Us, Draw It, F1 Clash, WSOP and Clash Royale. Of those, only Clash Royale and F1 Clash gets played regularly.

Laziest shortcuts and decisions developers have ever made?

Here's a pretty funny but lazy implementation of a train - https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/heres-whats-happening-inside-fallout-3s-metro-train/ In Fallout 3, there is a train that has not even been developed as a proper train system. It's just an accessory of a NPC who apparently runs around which makes it look like the train is actually functioning properly. -
Free is always good. The benefits for both Epic Games and the people that use the platform is pretty great so I don't think it's a problem. Plus, most of the free games aren't exactly triple A titles so it's not costing Epic Games much to give them out for free

It's hard to say. You would think they would be smart enough to not try and get into the console market because I can't see anyone doing a better job that Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft. They will probably just stick to VR and the Metaverse.
-
There are some really nice custom designs out there for every console but I just couldn't do it to one of my own. I just like how they look originally so I don't really want to ruin that by trying to painting the shells or by bombarding it with a huge number of random sticks.

No. I'll consider it if there are apps that have one-time charges to remove ads permanently but the majority of them have subscriptions to do which is just annoying really. So the only time I'll pay within an app is for when they provide some added features.

Kids are turning to video games to help with their anxiety
Darth replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
Not at all surprised really. I think a lot of people could have said this without there being a study for it. Playing video games are extremely relaxing and will calm you down a lot when in a stressful situation. It's a great way to relieve some stress -
In the living room because the main TV is there and it's just the best for my games consoles. Once I upgrade to a better TV in my room, I'll probably move them both there since it's just quieter and easier to play games there.

A belated Merry Christmas to everyone. And a massive happy new year to you all too! I hope everyone has a great 2022 and let's hope for a better, COVID-less year. I will be hoping to create a New Year's resolution for the first time in a while and keep to it in 2022.

Good to hear, enjoy it. I was seriously considering the Series S as well especially since I had the PS5 already. In the end, just went for the Series X through the All Access programme since that was the only way to get one. You could always keep the S and that would allow you both to play at the same time.
-
I think I heard something about that but not sure if I just imagined it. Seems like it might be a bad decision for Xbox Live Gold subscribers that don't use the Game Pass.
-
Yeah, San Andreas so far as it's available to play through the Xbox Game Pass. I've played a few of the first few missions and it was fun. I'll decided whether to get the full bundle once I finish this one.
-
As Shagged mentioned, PS Now is the PlayStation streaming solution. Tried it a bit a little while back and it was an okay service. The biggest problem is the lack of big games available to play compared to the Xbox Game Pass.
-
I don't even look at them, to be honest. I've always been unhappy (most of the time anyway) with the PlayStation Plus games. But Sony actually does a much better job with the free games than Microsoft does. Games with Gold is just awful
-
That's not something that the majority of gamers want though. And that's why we shouldn't even let them introduce NFTs to games. If people want NFTS, they should invest them in the normal way or play games that have been created solely to reward players with NFTs (Axie Infinity etc.)
-
The trilogy is what I meant when I said that. I've previously played Vice City and San Andreas but not properly. Didn't feel like playing it since they felt outdated. But now that the remastered versions are out, I can finally play them properly.

Evening everyone. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and are enjoying the last few days of the year. Let's hope that 2022 is a great year and hopefully it will be a COVID-less year. If I don't get a chance to pop by before the end of the year, I wish everyone a very, happy new year too!
-
In terms of finishing the story, that would be GTA 3, GTA 4, and GTA 5. I've also played Vice City and San Andreas but never had the chance to finish the campaign. I'll probably be doing that soon now that the remastered versions are out.

Spongebob Squarepants. I loved that show when I was younger and used to watch it every day. I mean, I still love the show and if I ever get the chance, I'll watch an episode. The older episodes were the best though. Like any show, the newer ones are not as great.

Back when I played Clash of Clans, I bought a few things such as gems and some extra builders. And I have bought the battle pass a few times on Clash Royale since I play that currently. But the game has become a little bit bad recently so I have stopped spending money on the game.
-
Absolutely makes sense. I'm curious as to how communication would work within the game but everything else just seems like its perfectly made and set up for a virtual reality game. Wonder if they will make you getting killed a really scary experience!

Yeah, if there is ever a really good deal for it, it might be nice to get one for my room. It's kind of funny that even the Series X Mini Fridge had the same issue as the consoles where scalpers were buying it up quickly. Think that problem didn't last too long though which is good for anyone that wants one.
-
Don't do that. It's just supporting the scalpers and when they know that it works, they will just keep doing it for future releases which then results in you having even more trouble. Be patient and spend some time on stock sites that alert you when a PS5 is available to buy/pre-order.
-
Looks like the trend might be NFTs actually. A few developers have already tried to implement them into their games although a few have given up after the backlash from the fans of the games. In terms of consoles, they won't advance much considering we just got the new generation.
-
It looks really cool and I love that it looks exactly like the Series X. But I wouldn't get it really because I just feel like its a bit of a waste of money. Not hearing too many good things about it either so it might be better to just buy a proper mini-fridge.
