Justin11
Someone can decide to sleep well during the day time and have a good night work out, or engagement, most of the time that's how I live my life.

Doing the opposite will always turn to affect you. Well, depending on the nature of your work set up, you may work in the night and sleep in the day or morning. Boblee
Just like now that it's not been too long I came back from service and I know very well that I feel sleepy, if I touch my game now, I'm sleeping on it definitely.

Whenever you listen to your body system very well, you can always and easily what they ask of you and that's the most important thing to give them then. Scorpion
I can relate! I once dozed off with the lights on and woke up feeling restless. Darkness definitely helps me sleep better!

Did you get a good sleep when that happened or no? Did it take you a long time to fall asleep with the lights on? I can never fall asleep with the lights on. It's impossible for me to do so. I need it to be complete darkness for me to sleep. No, I can’t sleep if the lights are on. I need total darkness to sleep.
