There was a friend in my neighborhood that went blind for sleeping with his contact lens on.
skyfire
I think having the windows adjusting the brightness automatically can be pretty good.
Heatman
Definitely, it's far more better that way because the eyes are very sensitive and too much light rays to it affects it badly.
skyfire
Android has an interesting function as I mentioned the digital wellbeing which makes it easy to use the night mode.
Heatman
Yeah - it's actually one of the perks that comes with Android phones that makes me love them a lot as well.

Heatman
It's really why I'm finding it very difficult to leave using Android for iPhone. Yes, the security of iPhone is great but I simply love android features better.
Head_Hunter
Android is more user-friendly to me than iOS phones. I just find it so easy to use than iOS features. When it comes to adjusting to brightness I reduce it, so it wouldn't hurt my sight.

Yes the expensive iphone is not worth it. besides it's more like chase for status quo instead of the userful device usage.
Syntax
I adjust my brightness to make it dimmer at night yes, however night mode I’ve never used since it changes the screen tint to a more orange-ish white compared to a blue-ish white that is normally seen during the day. skyfire
Windows 11 seems to have a way to do this but they may not be shipping the final update as they want external apps to take care of this part.
StormyFire
I used to use Flux to control the brightness of my screen based on the time of day, but that became a bit much for me. I usually just have a constant brightness setting these days. It may not be the best for my eyes or sleep or whatever, but it is what it is. ^^

Does Windows 11 have this feature for their smartphone or is it strictly for the laptop/PC 💻?
