Even Nvidia seemed like they were going down that route prior to the release of the Radeon 6000 series GPUs but AMD has made Nvidia have to up their game again. Yeah - it would make a lot of sense because gamers and content creators are the main purchasers of gaming laptops whether budget or enthusiast.
