TheFjordFox
I prefer the physical copies myself, but... gaming shops are disappearing rapidly where I live, and it's just too convenient to not have to leave the house to get a hold of them, so yeah... downloading it is! Physical format is something else tho, that's for sure.

Head_Hunter
Most of the games I own via my PC windows for gaming is mainly via download, which is super fast but consuming of mobile data during installation.

On the other hand, it's not a half bad thing when it comes to downloading games as long as you have stable internet connection and lots of data or free internet connection or Wi-Fi. Once the challenge of internet connection is eliminated, I'm very sure that most gamers will stick to downloading their games.
skyfire
Downloading is getting more preference as the download speeds around the world increase one after another. Not sure if that's the case in asia, africa and other places as of yet.
Justin11
I wouldn't go for download in the internet if I own a gaming PC. I'll prefer buying the CD or transferring the big file from a fellow PC gamer to mine then install it without mobile data connection.
skyfire
I am pretty sure like CDs even the DVDs would be phasing out soon.
Head_Hunter
Even when I have every chance to download via the PSN store, I still prefer to buy CDs. Because, it's simply easier for me that way than downloading.

StormyFire
I always seem to lose or damage DVDs, so I think digital is the way to go. All of the games I have now are digital copies. I haven't really bought DVDs for games for a long, long time, and I don't plan to do so!

If you know how to take care of your DVDs, it's definitely going to last but truth be told, the digital copies are always less stressful to make use of. Head_Hunter
At times data connection can simply make my downloading progress to corrupt, making me wasting money carelessly. That's why I prefer getting a CD video game than downloading it.
egghead
I like to download the game from the internet, buy the game pass and start playing. I find this more convenient than buying a DVD.
