killamch89
What methods do you use to calm you down when you're really upset? Does it always work and if so, is it instant or works over time?
Steerminator
Valium 😄 I've built up a huge tolerance over the years from taking more than I was supposed to so it doesn't always work anymore. Sometimes I go for a walk or a swim. That usually helps at least a little. Edited July 21, 2021 by Steerminator

Maybe give yourself a break from it for at least a month. On the other hand, walking and swimming are pretty relaxing activities that I also like to do when I'm stressed.
