Would you rather relive the same day repeatedly for a year or lose a year of your life?

Personally, I'd rather lose a year of my life - there's no way I want to be stuck in a time loop for an entire year. What are your thoughts on this?

The year you'd be losing is the ones you have remaining on this planet not the one that's gone by and the day to relive is random, you can't pick it.
