From what I gather, it will be an app on consoles where you can watch a "live" trailer for an upcoming game. Seen a lot of outrage on Twitter about the delays and whether or not this is a scam. We were led to believe that they would be developing a new Silent Hill game only for them to come out and say they weren't when they were asked many times in the past and they could've said no. The thing is, they have never had any such discussions with Sony so when the rumors first started coming up, they could've just said no and that would've been that.
