Would you rather work an extra hour, but get an hour of break time or work with no breaks, but leave an hour earlier?

I'd much rather work the whole time without a break because I'd be able to leave earlier and besides, I was a master at taking quick breaks without anyone noticing or purposely dragging out work to waste time so that I'll do less work. Which would you rather?

I was kind of referring to an office job in this case. I knew every trick in the book on how to run down time. Just save off a few minutes here and there and before you know it adds up to 3 hours gone.
