StaceyPowers
What do you think is responsible for most major design flaws in games? Do you think they are deliberate? Accidental? I suspect they are usually a result of miscommunications and oversights between large teams.
killamch89
The thing is every situation is unique in this regard and it comes down to a multitude of factors. For instance, EA, Activision and to an extend a few Ubisoft games always seem to have major design flaws in their modern games and that's usually because they don't really care about the quality of their product. They just want to put out a product to continue milking their fanbase. Very often, they're aware of them before launch but choose to correct it post-launch. With other companies, I agree that miscommunication between teams do tend to bring about these scenarios as you mentioned.

When everything about them is all about the money they have in mind to make, there is no way EA and Ubisoft wouldn't end up with so many flaws in their game releases.
