Games that feature a high level of detail on surfaces super close up

Textures degrade rapidly when one gets close to objects in video games. What games feature the most intensely detailed surfaces close up?

Personally, I'm of the opinion that it's Cyberpunk 2077 that offers such detailed surfaces with close up cover up.

I'd have to agree that for all its faults, Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best games in terms of graphical detail that I can recall. I've played many great looking games on PC but Cyberpunk really did a great job in that department.

Seriously, if the company didn't mess up with the game in the way that they did, Cyberpunk 2077 would have been a game that any gamer wouldn't do without. 

Even at that still, it's very well appreciated to some extent.
