Reality vs Adventure Posted October 5, 2021 Share Posted October 5, 2021 When I sit there and have to clean out my inventory to carry more items. When the save function didn't autosave my progress or I forget to save and I die and have to go back at some earlier point. Complete waste. Usually at those points I stop and do something else. There is a thing I call 'fate of gaming.' I made it up right now. Fate of gaming could be good or bad. Sometimes nothing goes right in your game session and you have to realize when the fates are against you so you can stop and play something else. Other times the fate of gaming works out so perfectly and everything falls into place. You can usually find out what your fate is the first 10-20 minutes of gameplay. Play something else immediately if you are getting frustrated. The game gods are trying to guide you to another game to play for the night. killamch89 Posted October 6, 2021 Share Posted October 6, 2021 Absolutely dominating a level within a game only to be killed by one of the fodder enemies and having to start all over again because you forgot to save. Justin11 Posted October 10, 2021 Share Posted October 10, 2021 That ruins a lot, when I'm busy hiding away to be killed in such an ending level, only for an unexpected flying bullet from an enemy bringing my character down.
