StaceyPowers
Quite a few games have addressed trauma and PTSD, and at least one of them helped me start processing my own traumas (Spec Ops: The Line). Are there other specific mental health issues you’d like to see a game address?
killamch89
I was just about to mention Spec Ops in terms of dealing with your own delusions and PTSD.
Head_Hunter
I've never played any video game that centres to addressing mental health issues for me as a gamer. But with the option you mentioned I am hopeful such option exist.
Reality vs Adventure
I think a good story would be how easy it is to fall into a cult unknowingly, and what it takes to break free; the psychological attraction, addiction, and breaking away. That's true - joining a cult unknowingly usually begins with them finding desperate people with no sense of direction and are easy to manipulate and roping them in. Exactly; there is already a need of belonging for people that join cults which is exploited. I think there are mental health issues that make people more susceptible to it.
