If You Had To Make A Choice, Would you rather lose the ability to read or the ability to write?

I'd give up writing because it's the lesser important of the two. Being able to read is absolutely essential to learning anything. Do you agree with my choice?

I'll give up reading. I am more a learn by watching or doing type, I've already read tons, and I write both for a living and as my passion project. I'm going to assume for the sake of this question that I may read what I'm writing to edit it, as that is a required part of writing well.
