StaceyPowers Posted October 16, 2021 Share Posted October 16, 2021 So, I turned on my PS5 last night, and it showed the logo, and then the gray screen with the light beams, and then … nothing. It just sat there. I thought at first it was totally frozen. But the bottom menu still showed up. I tried switching accounts, and then everything showed up like normal. I switched back to my account, and everything was normal again. I can’t find reference to this bug anywhere. Anyone know what happened or how to prevent it in the future? Their is no fault, you can simply complain to the vendor where you bought it, explaining what took place in your PS5 console and see what he or she will say.
