The Independent seems to be pretty reliable for news of restocks in the UK. If it wasn't for that, there would have been no way for me to get one although I haven't checked if there are still stock issues for the Series X in my area. As well as stores that restocked a console, glad to find out about this and would certainly be checking the site out more often so I wouldn't miss out on some juicy deals.
