Teardown is a voxel style game with destruction mechanics, and you use those mechanics to pull off heists. The destruction is fairly realistic, and takes physics in mind, at least as best as a voxel game can. There's also a sandbox mode where you can just mess around on maps, with even custom maps and mods added in for the fun. Trailer is below if interested. My nephew wanted me to get it so I did, I didn't expect to also get into it though, but it's a lot of fun.
