Kane99
The Game Awards are going to be happening soon, and there was mention of Activision/Blizzard being part of the show to promo upcoming games. But backlash from fans and the gaming community have since changed that. Instead Activision and Blizzard will not be part of the show at all. They can still win awards though, but that's it. Geoff Keighley had to announce the fact that they wouldn't be a part of the show after the initial backlash. But it's sad that they even considered them for the show after the Bobby Kotick situation. Maybe this will revolve into Bobby Kotick finally being removed from power, so that these studios can start to grow and get better. I assume that Activision/Blizzard will be kicked out of events until they remove Bobby from CEO. I doubt they will do it though. Justin11
The CEO caused it all, because the reviewers blasted him due to act of hypocrisy, that's pathetic. That's the reason why he turned down the honor to attend. Edited December 5, 2021 by Justin11
