StaceyPowers
I’ve noticed that it is common for gamers to struggle initially to get into games that have no structure—no quests or missions and/or quests and missions exist, but are not compelling or the point of the game. Like Minecraft or No Man’s Sky. Do you find this is true for you?
Justin11
Most of the anime-like games are simply like that, no quest/direction nor mission, simply have fun and nothing more.
The Blackangel
RDR2 is somewhat like that. It shows you where you need to go eventually if you want to advance the story, but otherwise you're not required to do a damn bit of it.
Head_Hunter
I wouldn't think too much, majority of the games I've played all have map/quests/directions, which directs a gamer to the lane via any mission.
m76
If a game has no direction I'm not interested in playing it. Except for simulation type game. The story / direction / intrigue is why I put up with the gameplay mechanics.
Heatman
Why do you think that I really hated the game Minecraft for? It's as a result of this kind of rubbish it comes with.
