Kane99
Occlusion Rift, Samsung gear, HTC vive and more. What is the best on the market right now? I've yet to use a vr headset, but I imagine the ones I mentioned are pretty decent. But what is best based on reviews?
skyfire
Have you seen HTC Vine Cosmos headset? I kind of like their design. It's design is something that impressed me a lot.
Altair
I say Oculus quest for the best price you will be able to get for a VR headset. It's also a standalone headset meaning you don't need a pc. It does have a powerful processor and sharp display. I would choose this one any day over the others solely because of price. If price was not a factor then I would get a different one. The HTC Vive Pro 2 is super expensive if you don't mind spending the extra money for the an incredible VR experience and highest resolution. Same with HTC Vine Cosmos headset design but also super expensive. Valve Index VR Kit for the best controllers but super expensive.
Kane99
I'm thinking about getting the quest, isn't it the one that's for $299 right now? Seems affordable enough, at least the most affordable. Not sure about any of the others and pricing, but I imagine they're all a bit more pricey. Justin11
None of the VR headsets I've used nor seen before. I am hoping to get started with any of them soon when I see the need.
Empire
Your best choice is the Quest 2. But be a bit carful and turn off your oculus after each session. Facebook is a bit taking over Oculus, and we don't know what are there intentions.

I'm not a fan of facebook and don't like having to make a facebook account to be able to play it. Its the best VR on the market in my opinion so I went with it and got it. I also know that Facebook's involvement with Oculus does raise some concerns about data privacy.

I’ve also heard that HTC Vive is geared towards PC gamers, which is amazing as well.
