StaceyPowers
Are there any games that you just could not stop playing originally after you bought them, but after a while, you found they grew stale and dull?

It kind of happened to me with playing Diablo if I remembered correctly. I tried very hard to keep up with the flair but I lost it completely.. Justin11
When I bought the 'Borderlands II, 2012 FPS game. I enjoyed it during the first seven days, after then, things simply bored me around the game. It's been over six months I touched the game on my PS3. Boblee
After watching the movie on Street Fighter, I rushed for the game immediately and kind of liked how it started but I got bored almost immediately with it.

Kane99
There's been a lot of games where I play and stop because I couldn't get into it or I would get stuck and give up. Other than that, I wouldn't say briefly, but GTA 5 has gotten stale over the years, to the point I have no interest in playing anytime soon. I'm even dreading the new game, because I know I'm going to play it, maybe finish it, but I'll never touch it again after. Even for online mode. I wouldn't really say it's becoming a boring game for me but it's just lack of commitment to the game that's delaying my progress.
Boblee
All FIFA games series. They used to be a great deal for me but not anymore because I have already quit playing them.
Scorpion
Absolutely! I felt that way about "Fallout 4." Initially hooked, but over time, the repetitive quests made it lose its charm.
killamch89
For me, that would be No Man’s Sky. When I first got it, I couldn’t stop exploring planets and building bases. But after a week, the loop started to feel repetitive, and I moved on. It’s funny how some games can feel endless at first, but then suddenly lose their spark. Bizdustry
Fortnite is on the top of the list. When there was a hype for the game, I tried it out but it’s not really for me now. There are too many hackers and kids playing, which makes the gameplay experience less enjoyable than it once was
Shortie
That would be Call of Duty for me, I found that I was always excited for new releases and updates but after a while, the game became stale and I just gave up on the game. Now I don't play Call of Duty anymore.

I was one of the early adopters and I grew bored of it after a year of constantly playing it and haven't touched it since.
