Again all of them are free but you have to spend money on raspberry pi hardware and the displays and controllers. Making small size console to big arcade cabinet would take time and money too. He was going to sell it though and not sure if he did. I have always wanted one. Unfortunately I don't have the money or the space to do that right now. It's so easy to build one, that I'm surprised a lot of people don't do it. The only part I would have to have someone do for me is the art on the sides.
