But it should go together with your customers choice, if your customers aren't satisfied with your products, such is diminishing to the company's long term project. Customers preferences is something that's going to keep on changing from time to time. Unless, then they have to be up to date in what they make. Yes, customers choice is always there, even if the reviewers say heaven and Earth about a particular game I wouldn't still get moved when the trailer or other reviews are negative about it.
