What game does everyone recommend to you that you still have not played?

The Legend of Zelda series; I've heard rave reviews, but haven't started yet – it's on my gaming bucket list!

Still haven't touched any of the Bioshock games as yet. I've promised myself but I just haven't gotten around to it.
