StaceyPowers
What are some examples of inaccurate in-game materials/resources in video games? As an example, the fishing maps in Skyrim are inaccurate (to be fair, they are also community content, though they are Bethesda-approved).

I keep wondering why they had to put inaccurate information in there. It's not like they can't do it right or what?
Scorpion
Many games misrepresent resources; for instance, “herbs" in RPGs often grow far too abundantly, ignoring real-world ecological limits. It's unrealistic!
killamch89
One example that comes to mind is the maps and geographies in Assassin's Creed: Origins. The way Egypt is portrayed, especially the placement of certain cities, doesn't align with actual historical geography. While it's a fantastic representation in terms of visuals, they take a lot of creative liberties with the location of ancient sites.
