Gaming with 3 hands

With three hands, gaming would probably start to blend into the world of sci-fi. Controllers could evolve into something like a multi-limb interface where you control different aspects of the game with each hand, much like controlling multiple characters at once. Imagine having one hand for movement, another for combat, and the third for interaction or crafting. The whole genre of games could change to accommodate this new level of complexity.
