StaceyPowers
Did a video game you played ever change the way you saw something in another franchise of any sort—especially one you followed for a long time? For example, after playing Mass Effect, the Reapers made me consider the Borg in Star Trek in a new light. It made me visualize a different direction they could go, which actually ended up happening recently in the franchise.
Heatman
I have never had the pleasure of picking that out but I have played Mass Effect, so I'm going to try and reevaluate the reapers with Borg and see what I can make out from it.
Justin11
In the reality scene, when I'm moving with the motorcycle in-game, I always see myself driving. The game looks so realistic especially from those milestone developed games.
Heatman
With what we have now in FIFA, I have come to realize what we are really missing from PES when they never ruined the game and allowed EA to take over the football franchise.
Scorpion
Absolutely! Playing *The Last of Us* deepened my appreciation for character-driven narratives in other franchises, like *Walking Dead*, shifting my perspective significantly.
killamch89
For me, Mass Effect had a similar impact. The entire game made me reconsider how other franchises handle intergalactic conflict. I started seeing games like Star Wars or Halo in a new light, especially in terms of how they deal with power, authority, and the greater good. The way Mass Effect presents its moral dilemmas really deepened my understanding of those stories.
