killamch89
Chelsea has been abysmal both on and off the pitch during preseason - trying to hijack at least 12 deals and has been rejected by every player and agent - the list is as follows: Richarlison, Jesus, Mukiele, Lewandoski etc. ( I could go on but it's quite exhaustive) All the while having several deals hijacked which include the following: Raphinha, Jules Kounde, De Ligt To top it all off, their preseason performances have been abysmal including the absolute mauling they got from Arsenal and mind you, Arsenal have played more games in less days and were subjected to the same grueling temperatures as Chelsea were but they were far fitter, sharper and were playing some extremely good football. Add to the fact that a good portion of their players are deadwood that are on extreme salaries that they can't seem to get rid of and those who want to leave. Their manager Thomas Tuchel also looks pretty frustrated at this point and seems to be having a go at his players. In your opinion, do you think Chelsea fans should fear for the worst going into the new season?
Justin11
So far Sterling and kolibali that Chelsea was finally able to sign has been doing their bit in the clubs matches. Though Chelsea and other big premiere league teams are struggling to clinch the title but that's exactly what makes it a very competitive league. Honestly, Sterling and Koulibaly have been pretty disappointing for the most part. Todd Boehly has ruined them - he got rid of most of the backroom staff without any ready-made replacements, recruited the players Tuchel wanted, sacked him and hired Graham Potter and now Graham Potter has to be stuck with players who he didn't want and doesn't fit his style of play and can't really get rid of them for the foreseeable future.
