I actually noticed that when I had my first play through but I felt it was negligible and not really a factor worthy of mention here. I rarely change my ride height though I played it some months ago but I remember you could change the ride angle, every WRC game I have played had that settings. That's true, you get to experience different regions and explore land , which Is the reason I am more fascinatinated by graphics than anything else.
