It can improve your reaction time to situations and help you make split second decisions. I have particularly noticed this, my crafts and handwork skills are actually better after I have exerted myself in my favorite games. Do you agree? And, gaming can even improve reaction time which may benefit you later on in life if you want to start driving a car or motorcycle for example. It keeps your vital senses active and engaged, which strengthens your coordination. Hence most of what gamers engage in seems to yield positive results.
