There was one time an online friend of mine, who we met playing COD 4 or MW2, who was close to coming to my brothers graduation party. But, he never showed up. Has there ever been a time where you actually met up with someone you met playing an online video game? What was it like? Would you ever do it again? We are all close friends now because we sit out and drink once in a while when time allows it. I've been on a 6 hours trip to meet a guy I connected with playing the same game. I still have plans on meeting my gaming friend from Top Eleven Football Manager who's in Netherlands. He's the biggest friend I've made from playing video games. Shortie Posted June 15 Share Posted June 15 I have met many people online playing video games online, some of which I have become friends with and even now after 16 years, I am still friends with them but unfortunately, I have never met them in person. It would be nice to meet some people I have met in online video games but it's never easy to be able to do that when you live in different countries.
