The game generated $657M in revenue last year. And it was achieved with no micro transactions.
This is actually well deserved for Larians, and I hope they even make more. I desire them to be self sufficient so that no Publisher will be able to buy them and destroy their creativity. 
 

 

[Reality vs Adventure]

It’s a game I want to check out. I’m believing it’s more multiplayer oriented, so I’ll get it when I believe single player is worth it.

Good to know. I am interested in this game too, but I am only interested in a single player compaign.
