Dismal_Bliss Posted March 11 Share Posted March 11 The biggest news for Nintendo fans is the possibility of the developer releasing its next console in 2025, currently only referred to as the "Switch 2." The console was originally rumored to launch sometime in late 2024, but more recent reports suggest it could be released in early 2025 instead. The good news is that a 2025 Switch 2 release could also mean Metroid Prime 4 is finally on the horizon, but that remains to be seen. At the very least, with every game confirmed and the possibility of even more big titles and a new Nintendo console, 2025 already looks like another big year for gaming. killamch89 Posted March 12 Share Posted March 12 I mean, Nintendo has been pushing this back for the past two or three years. I'll take this with a grain of salt and we haven't heard anything about a new Metroid game either so that's just wishful thinking.
