It's a FPS with roguelike elements, where the intent is to play solo or with someone else to take on hordes of enemies in randomly generated environments. It reminds me a lot of Doom for its fast paced gameplay. It's been out since last year, and has gotten rave reviews since release. Some have compared it to games like Borderlands. One of my gaming friends asked if I had heard of this game and I should get it so that we could play together and I have to say that it's as good as Team Fortress 2 in the early 2010s - not modern TF2. That's indeed a great comparison. Honestly , the cell-shaded graphics really add to the game's charm, and this makes it stand out from other shooters.
