What are the benefits of this type of gaming and have you experienced them personally? Does it make exercising more enjoyable?
Kennysplash
You are exercising, but in a fun way. This is good for people that engage in calisthenics. They don’t have to leave their environment to exercise effectively. It also involves the use of most of the body parts, which is great.

I used to have those Sports games on the WII and WII U and I thought most of them were pretty underrated. It was a great concept by Nintendo but it was poorly executed. Lens
I'm a very big fan of physical movement games. They're a great way to get people moving and to also get involved in exercising while you have fun at the same time.
