I mean, it did deviate from the books in some parts but I agree that The Witcher 3 is a good video game adaptation. I also think "Metro Exodus" is an incredible adaptation of Dmitry Glukhovsky's books. The game captures the harshness of a post-apocalyptic world, while also exploring deeper themes like survival, humanity, and hope.
