killamch89
Hey everyone, let's dive into a topic that's been on my mind lately. With the rise of streaming services and podcasts, do you believe that traditional radio stations are on the brink of extinction? Share your thoughts on whether radio will eventually fade into the background or if it will find new ways to adapt and thrive in the digital age. Kennysplash
I’m afraid it will eventually fade away. The way we tune in to radio stations has reduced significantly compared to say, 10 years ago. And this will continue until a generation don’t even know what we call radio stations anymore.
Ravenfreak
This is a interesting topic, I think radio stations aren't going to go away because there's so many businesses that have radios set up that play for hours. Maybe when my generation gets older and the younger generations become adults and have their own businesses, radio stations may cease to exist. I know my local barber shop always has it on a local radio station rather than someone's Spotify playlist.
